这日，约翰乘着FBI的飞机离开美国，一路上心事重重。
“妈，你等我回来。”约翰看着窗外，暗想着。
不久，约翰来到了中国的一家医院。
“Doctor, I just came back from America and I can't speak Chinese now. How about my mother, may I ask her?（医生，我从美国刚回来，说不出中文了，请问我母亲呢？）”只见，约翰跑到了住院部前台问道。
“哦，你等一下，我英语不太好。”说着，那个医生转身去问另一个医生，“小芳，你英文好不好？帮我说一下。”
“哦，好的。”另一个医生上前，开口道，“I'm the doctor here. May I ask what your mother's name is?（我是这里的医生，请问你的母亲叫什么名字？）”
“Zhou cuixia.（周翠霞。）”约翰很是焦虑，接着说道，“Which room is she in!（她在哪个病房！）”
“Zhou cuixia? OK, I'll check it for you.（周翠霞？好的，我帮你查一下。）”那个医生查起了电脑，不久开口道，“Oh, she's in room 314 and she has lung cancer.（哦，她在314病房，得了肺癌。）”
“Thanks!（多谢！）”话音刚落，约翰就转身离去。
很快，约翰来到了一处病房内。
“Mom, I come back!（妈，我回来了！）”约翰开口道。
“惜辰，是你吗？”约翰的母亲挂着点滴，虚弱地说道。
“Mom, I can't speak Chinese anymore. How are you?（妈，我说不出中文了，你还好吗？）”约翰上前，来到他母亲身边坐下，拉过了她的手。
“没事，妈听得懂。”约翰母亲接着说道，“你爸呢？”
“Mom, I found Dad, but he's just my captain now.（妈，我找到爸了，但他现在只是我的首领了。）”约翰有些失落。
“惜辰，别讨厌你爸，他是一个合格的FBI首领。”约翰母亲开口道。
“I know. Mom, how is your illness?（我知道。妈，你的病怎么样了？）”约翰说道。
“唉，妈是肺癌晚期，自己的身体自己心里有数，随时都可能离开……”约翰母亲淡淡说道。
“Don't say that, you will be all right, mom!（别那么说，会好的，妈！）”说着，约翰紧紧握住了他母亲的手。
“惜辰，帮妈去买一些橙子。”只见，约翰母亲开口道。
“OK, mom, I'll go right now.（好的，妈，我这就去。）”说着，约翰起身离去。
于是，约翰离开了医院，刚到门口，忽然撞见了楚浩然！
“Jackson, why are you here!（杰克逊，你怎么在这里！）”约翰一惊。
“I asked our captain for a week to come back, and spend time with my girlfriend, John.（我向首领申请了一周的时间，回来陪陪女朋友，约翰。）”说着，楚浩然摸了摸约翰的头。
“Don't touch my head, I'm not a kid anymore, Jackson!（别碰我头，我不是小孩了，杰克逊！）”约翰无奈，接着说道，“I have other important things to do, and I'll leave first.（我还有要事去处理，先走了。）”
